As a proud owner of three swedish made snare drums by 101 Drums, I can only say that they are just fantastic instruments! The first 101 drum I bought 10 years ago, and that snare ( Diamond 14“x4.5“) is always first choice in the studio for nearly musical situation. Amazing tone, projection, warmth, clarity and musicality! And that snare stays in tune even when played very hard over a long period! Winner! The other two 101 snares I mostly use in different live settings. It‘s a SupraNolic in 14“x6“, and a Charisma in 14“x5“. While I play the Charisma in a band called Eisbrecher, the SupraNolic is the perfect snare for Project Pitchfork.
